State Road 289, known locally as North 9th Avenue, is a north–south major thoroughfare in Pensacola, Florida. The road runs from SR 290 (Olive Road) in Ferry Pass south to its intersection with U.S. Highway 90/98 at Cervantes Street. Along with SR 296 (Bayou Boulevard), it serves as a primary commercial corridor for northeast Pensacola, running alongside Cordova Mall and Sacred Heart Hospital.
The road passes over Interstate 10 but does not connect to it.
